Your Privacy

At Cash Rewards we respect your privacy. The information you provide us on the Application Form and the sales data we gather from the card usage is confidential to Cash Rewards. We do not supply our Members names, addresses or phone numbers to any outside parties.

From time to time you may receive information in the mail regarding the programme and any promotions, exclusive offers or benefits available to our Members.

Terms & Conditions

1. The use of your Cash Rewards card is governed by these conditions of use from the first time you receive your card. If you do not wish to accept these conditions please return your card to Cash Rewards.
   
   
2. You can use your Cash Rewards card as soon as you receive it, but your Cash Rewards account is only activated upon receipt of an accepted Card Application, and each application is subject to acceptance by Cash Rewards.
   
   
3. The percentage of Cash Rewards issued by each Cash Rewards Merchant will vary.
   
   
4. Cash Rewards are not allocated to your account until seven days after a qualifying purchase.
   
   
5. To redeem your Cash Rewards you must have accumulated at least $10 (ten dollars) of Cash Rewards in your account. You may only redeem Cash Rewards in multiples of $10 (ten dollars).
   
   
6. For your own securify Cash Rewards are not transferrable. Only you can redeem them. You may need your CIC number and you may be required to present extra identification when redeeming.
   
   
7. Cash Rewards may be redeemed for any purchase of equal value to or greater than your available Cash Rewards. No change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the Cash Rewards you are redeeming. Also Cash Rewards redemptions mat be sujbect to restrictions set by the participating organisation from time to time.
   
   
8. If you are entitled to a refund in relation to any goods or services you purchased using your Cash Rewards card, any Cash Rewards you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your Cash Rewards account.
   
   
9. Your Cash Rewards will not expire provided that you use your Cash Rewards card once every six months from the date of issue.
   
   
10. Cash Rewards reserves the right to modify the Cash Rewards programme at any time without prior notification.
    
    
11. If we decide to close the Cash Rewards programme we will give you three months notice of the close down by advertising in the public notice columns in the major daily newspapers. If you do not redeem your available Cash Rewards in thart period they will expire.
    
    
12. We respect your privacy. The information you provide us on the Application Form and any information we gather from your Cash Rewards card usage is strictly confidential to Cash Rewards and it's participating organisations. We hold your inforation in confidence and you are entitled to access and correct your details under the terms of the Privacy Act 1993.
